  • Bresnan Communications has deployed the Sigma Service Activation Manager (SAM) & Device Provisioning Manager to automate network activation of HSD and VoIP services along with cable modem and E-MTA CPE device activation respectively.
  • For HSD services, email application service provisioning is provided along with VoIP service activation via CLEC Gateway integration to Net2Phone.
  • The Sigma Solution also provides CSR order entry support for HSD & VoIP services and BSS integration to CSG Systems is also supported in this deployment.
  • This Sigma SAM/DPM deployment includes the management of 250,000 HSD and 100,000 VoIP subscribers.

  • Cable One also deployed Sigma’s Service Management Platform and VoIP Service Package for end-to-end integration of billing solutions, softswitch operations, voice mail, and Cable One’s competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) partners.
  • Sigma Systems is a Select OSS Partner of Nortel and Nortel acts as a reseller of Sigma's OSS Service Packages for the management of residential and commercial VoIP services. Sigma Systems has integrated to the Nortel CS2000 Call Management Server for the provisioning and activation of residential and commercial VoIP services.

  • Cabovisão Televisao por Cabo, S.A. of Portugal, is an affiliate of Cogeco Cable Inc. of Canada.
  • Cabovisão is Portugal's innovative number two cable operator and was among the first operators in Europe to launch All-Play services. Early in 2005, Cabovisão made a strategic decision to invest in a next-generation telecommunications system that will to help to capitalize on significant traffic growth while delivering an expanding portfolio of content-rich services.

  • Faced with the need to upgrade their back-office infrastructure to more easily create, provision and manage services across a multi-vendor network, Eastlink chose Sigma for the delivery of residential and commercial telephone and Internet services.
  • As part of this current deployment, EastLink is deploying Sigma's Service Management Platform, Voice Service Package, Service Topology Manager, CLEC Interconnection Gateway and Service Profile Manager.   • Echostar Communications is deploying the Sigma Service Management Platform to manage end-to-end automation of 2-way broadband satellite HSD services. HSD services at Echostar are provided by DISH Network Internet Services, powered by WildBlue.
  • Sigma SMP provides the B2B gateway integration from Echostar to WildBlue to ensure end-to-end order management and tracking for HSD service activation. This Sigma SMP deployment is also geared to manage all future broadband IP services offered by Echostar Communications.

Liwest Kabelmedien
  • Liwest Kabelmedien GmbH is the largest cable operator in Upper Austria and Austria’s Number 2 cable operator. The LIWEST cable network has been made available for about 130 000 households in Upper Austria. About 107 000 households are getting active access to analog TV, 10.300 households are getting Digital-TV, 40 000 subscribers are connected to the Internet and 14.600 subscribers are using LIWEST telephone services.
  • The company uses Sigma Service Management Portfolio to provide automated OSS service management for its advanced voice, digital television and data services in the region of Upper Austria. The modern infrastructure of Liwest, with its principally two-way ready network, has allowed it to become a true 'triple play' service provider.
  • Faced with the spiraling complexity and cost of managing voice, video and data services across its cable network, Liwest uses Sigma's centralized OSS platform to manage its existing portfolio of services and allow it to easily configure and define new business rules for future advanced offerings, such as interactive TV. Sigma's software provided a smooth migration path for Liwest from its principally manual environment to a near fully automated environment. Liwest has deployed the Sigma Service Management Platform to provide automated OSS service management for over 40,000 high-speed Internet subscribers, over 10,000 VoIP subscribers and over 110,000 digital cable television subscribers.

Multikabel
  • Multikabel, a division of Warburg Pincus, is the market leader and sole cable operator in its franchise areas, providing triple play services, including video, broadband Internet and telephony, to 315,000 subscribers in 38 municipalities across the province of Noord-Holland. Its sister company, Casema, has 1.3 million cable subscribers in the Netherlands serving the central and western parts of the country. TV Cabo
  • TV Cabo, a subsidiary of PT Multimedia, is the largest national pay-tv operator in Portugal (and one of the most important operators in Europe) with over 1.4 million cable customers and a market share above 80%. TV Cabo's television subscription service is available nationwide, with distribution over cable and digital satellite platforms.
