  • Sigma Systems has integrated to the AMDOCS DDP/SQL Business Support System (formerly DST Systems) and AMDOCS serves as technology interoperation partner for the order management of residential HSD and VoIP services. Sigma has also integrated to the AMDOCS Knowbility BSS System in support of order management of mobile data and voice services. Customer deployment experience with AMDOCS includes Cable One and Adelphia Communications (its properties now owned by Time Warner and ComCast) for DDP/SQL and TELUS for Knowbility.
BigBand Networks
  • Sigma Systems' VoIP and HSD/ISP Service Packages interface to BigBand’s FastFlow Broadband Provisioning Manager to configure, activate, and manage cable modems, multimedia terminal adapters (MTA), and residential gateways for services such as High Speed Data/Internet Access, PacketCable telephony, and other packet-based services. Customer deployment experience with BigBand includes Cable One, Suddenlink and Cox Communications.
Broadsoft
  • BroadSoft creates VoIP application software that lets fixed and mobile service providers offer the most advanced calling features to their enterprise and residential customers. BroadSoft’s customer list reads like a Who’s Who of the major telecommunications players worldwide, including BellSouth, Korea Telecom, Singtel, Telefonica, Telstra, T-Systems, and Verizon. Sigma Systems Voice Service Package supports integration to the Broadsoft Broadworx feature application server in support of SIP telephony services for both commercial and residential VoIP network deployments.
Camiant
  • Sigma Systems’ PacketCable Multi-Media (PCMM) Service Package integrates with the Camiant QBus Multimedia Service Controller to enable the flawless definition, provisioning and delivery of any IP multimedia application. These joint solutions are used to provide differentiated applications including SIP-based telephony, video communications, streaming media, games and commercial services. Sigma and Camiant solutions enable service providers to maximize the utilization of bandwidth, provide service personalization, up-sell capabilities via self-service and enhance their customers' experience and increase revenue.

Cedar Point Communications
  • Sigma Systems is a SERVICECLASS™ partner with Cedar Point. The Sigma VoIP Service Package interfaces to Cedar Point Communications' SAFARI C³ Media Switching System to configure, activate, and manage PacketCable telephony services for subscribers in a voice network. Customer deployment experience with Cedar Point includes Cable Bahamas.
Cisco Systems
  • Sigma Systems has been a long time Broadband Access Partner in Cisco's Partner Program, focusing on broadband service management solutions for MSOs. Sigma Systems' VoIP and HSD/ISP Service Packages interface to Cisco's Broadband Access Center for Cable (BAC) to configure, activate, and manage cable modems, multimedia terminal adapters (MTA), advanced set-top boxes and residential gateways for services such as High Speed Data/Internet Access, PacketCable telephony, and other IP-based services. In addition, Sigma’s VoIP Service Package interfaces to Cisco's BTS 10200 Softswitch to configure, activate, and manage PacketCable telephony services for subscribers. Customer deployment experience with Cisco includes @NetHome Japan, TV Cabo, Cogeco, Rogers and Bend Cable.
Convergys
  • Sigma Systems' Service Management Portfolio includes an interface to Convergy' ICOMS and Infinys customer care and billing systems for accepting service orders and report back status as it pertains to high-speed Internet and VoIP telephony services. Customer deployment experience with Convergys includes Cox Communications, HOT Telecom and Suddenlink.

Ellacoya
  • Sigma Systems’ Bandwidth Usage Cap Enforcement Service Pacakge interfaces with Ellacoya’s IP Service Control System (SCS), offers cable operators an automated solution for managing subscriber bandwidth. By assigning bandwidth caps for specific types of HSD traffic, it enables differentiated service tiers that address the needs of the low-end market segments without cannibalizing other service tiers. The solution also supports caps for specific traffic types, like P2P, in standard and premium tiers, to prevent abuse and to lower networking costs. Sigma Systems’ Malicious Attack Service Package interfaces to the Ellacoya IP SCS to offer service providers and their subscribers an automated solution for mitigtion of malicious network traffic generated by viruses, worms, SPAM, and illegal P2P traffic. This solution utilizes and PacketCable compliant policy server in conjunction with the Ellacoya IP SCS to enable an automated PCMM (PacketCable Multimedia) policy-controlled response to malicious traffic that can vary by service tier and protect the performance of premium services.
Incognito
  • Sigma Systems has integrated to the Incognito BAC Device Provisioning System and Incognito serves as technology interoperation partner for the provisioning and activation of residential HSD and VoIP services. Customer deployment experience with Incognito includes TV Cabo.
IPUnity
  • Sigma Systems' VoIP Service Packages interface to IP Unity's Harmony6000 Media Server Platform to configure, activate, and manage unified messaging services for subscribers in a voice network. Enhanced communications services including audio conferencing, web-collaboration, find-me/follow-me and text/multi-media messaging are also enabled via solution integration with IP Unity.
Level 3
  • Sigma Systems’ CLEC Inter-Carrier Gateway Service Package interfaces with the Level 3 VoIP Enhanced Local Solution both to deliver real time provisioning of PacketCable VoIP services . In this solution, Level 3 provides the relevant telephony service provider integration to the incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) with its VoIP Enhanced Local product. Sigma Systems has integrated its OSS Inter-Connection Gateway Solution with Level 3 to automate the process of migrating subscribers from the LEC and register new subscribers accordingly with the service provider. This OSS Gateway solution facilitates the automated processing and order management tracking of telephony transactions including LSR, PIC/CARE, E911, and LNP. Sigma Systems is currently a registered Level 3 TAP Partner. Customer deployment experience with Level 3 includes Cable One and Bend Cable.

  • Sigma Systems is a Select OSS Partner of Nortel and Nortel acts as a reseller of Sigma's OSS Service Packages for the management of residential and commercial VoIP services. Sigma Systems has integrated to the Nortel CS2000 Call Management Server for the provisioning and activation of residential and commercial VoIP services. Sigma has also integrated to the Nortel DMS-100/250 Class 5 for the provisioning and activation of circuit-switched voice telephony services and Nortel HLR for provisioning and activation of mobile voice services. Customer deployment experience for the CS2000 includes Cable One, Suddenlink, Bend Cable and HOT Telecom, TELUS and Cox for the Nortel DMS-100/250 and TELUS for the Nortel HLR.

This solution utilizes and PacketCable compliant policy server in conjunction with the Sandvine PTS to enable an automated PCMM (PacketCable Multimedia) policy-controlled response to malicious traffic that can vary by service tier and protect the performance of premium services. In addition, the Sigma PCMM Premium Content Service Package also enables the offering of dynamic bandwidth service based on the detection of specific types of traffic (ie. video, gaming, file transfer, etc.). Premium content services can be ordered in an on-demand, “up-sell” mode of operation by using the Sigma Client Services Center as a web portal for self-subscription and self-care.
