Andy Jasuja
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
As Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Sigma Systems, Andy Jasuja is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. His background in Information Technology (IT) provides him with the insight necessary to lead Sigma in the delivery of world-class software solutions for the tier-1 cable and wireless industries. Prior to founding Sigma, he held various technical and management positions within the banking and telecom sectors. Mr. Jasuja began his career in IT in 1975 at Tata Consultancy Services in Bombay, India. He holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering from the Institute of Technology (Varanasi, India) and a Masters degree in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Tim Spencer
President and Chief Operating Officer
Tim Spencer, co-founder of Sigma Systems, has over 20 years experience in telecommunications software design and development. As President and COO, he is responsible for leveraging the existing product and customer base while driving new growth strategies in the communications software market. In his previous role as Sigma's Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Spencer helped turn the company's early technology vision into reality and along the way transformed Sigma into the leading provider of OSS service management products and services. Prior to joining Sigma, Mr. Spencer held various senior positions with Bell Canada. He was Director of Software Engineering for advanced services at Bell Mobility, where he was responsible for the design and development of real-time OSS solutions such as message processing, service activation and fulfillment, inventory and network management. Mr. Spencer also led several international OSS consulting projects for Bell Canada International in Central and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and software design from DeVry University.

Vasu "Dave" Chanchlani
Board Member
Vasu Chanchlani is a transnational entrepreneur and angel investor, who is co-founder of the Sigma Group of companies and president of VC Capital Management. Widely known in Canadian business circles as the "Entrepreneur of entrepreneurs," Mr. Chanchlani has successfully exited from six technology ventures and is presently involved in over 20 businesses. One of his current companies, Sigma Systems, provides next-generation Operational Support Systems to the world's leading cable and telecommunications service providers. A strong advocate for community support and philanthropy, Mr. Chanchlani has generously donated time and money to causes close to his heart in Canada and India, his country of origin. He has also worked to build economic and social bridges between Canada and India, particularly as one of the founding directors of the Canada India Foundation. Mr. Chanchlani received a master's in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technoogy, Kanpur, India, and a MBA from Rotman Business School at University of Toronto.
