Registration includes access to all general sessions and the Partner Pavilion, plus one Wednesday activity, and meals and entertainment. Sigma Systems customers receive breakfast and lunch on Friday during the Customer-only Forum.

GROUP DISCOUNTS
Sigma Systems' customers registering three (3) or more attendees will receive 15% discount off the $250/person registration fee per attendee. All attendees must be registered from the same company and be registered at the same time for the discount to be applied.

GUEST PASSES
Friends and family guest passes are available for $125 USD (no exceptions) and includes one Wednesday activity and admission to the Wednesday and Thursday evening events. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Guests are not defined as a company employee.

PAYMENT POLICY AND CANCELLATION FEES
Full payment of conference fee must be provided at the time of registration. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa or American Express. All financial transactions are processed on a secure server.

In the event of a cancellation, a written notice must be received via fax +1 416-365-9227 or e-mail at events@sigma-systems.com.

Full Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (EST) on July 31, 2011.
50% Refund: Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm (EST) August 31, 2011.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 31, 2011.

Substitutions within the same company are allowed at any time with written permission from the original registrant.
